General information about ordering spare parts
Within a short period of time, the requested part will be sent as cash upon delivery. The requested part will have to be paid upon receiving the package (The price range depends on the prices that the post office has for current weight costs of the packages + the packaging cost)
The customer is entitled to cancel the purchase after the order but before the delivery. This claim can be done by telephone (Phone number: +36 32 / 311-213 ; +36 32/423-370 ), by e-mail or by letter.
Within 14 working days, the customer may cancel the purchase. You can return the product in its original form, in an undamaged condition with the copy of the receipt to the following address:

For exercising the right to withdrawal costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods shall be conducted by the buyer. Within thirty days, Wamsler SE will reimburse the value of the receipt of the parts to the buyer. We will only accept returned products if they are undamaged and don’t have any components missing, only then can we refund the full purchase.
Attention! With cash upon delivery or with sending the package to a different address, which isn’t our address, Wamsler SE can’t accept it for technical reasons.
